- 1/2 lb. squash, cooked, drained and cooled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced pimento
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients together until well blended.

2Take the butter and melt in skillet.

3Add Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix. Pack into a 2-quart casserole dish.

4Reserve some for the top. Put mixture on top of dressing and the reserved dressing on top of that and then dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.
