  • 2/3 c. oil (1/3 c. for low calorie)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs (2 egg whites for low calorie)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions
