- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 c. finely chopped or shredded carrots
- 3/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2 loaves cubed bread
- salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
Directions

1Melt butter over low heat. Add celery, onion, carrots and parsley.

2Sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste.

3Saute until soft.

4Add bread cubes, turning until all are buttered. Add extra melted butter, if necessary.

5Beat 3 eggs until light and pour over mixture.

6Stir until all mixture is moistened.

7Will fill 10 pound turkey or can be baked in a casserole.
