- 6 carrots
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cut carrots into strips and steam them for about 8 minutes.

3Mix mayo, horseradish and water.

4Turn carrots into a baking dish; pour in mayo mixture and mix to coat evenly.

5Season lightly with pepper and sprinkle almonds over top. Bake for about 10 minutes and serve immediately.
