  • 9 slices toasted bread, cubed
  • 1 c. diced cooked potatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 3 c. cooked diced chicken
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pt. liquid

Directions

    In large mixing bowl, mix together the bread, potatoes, carrots, celery and parsley.

    Stir in well beaten eggs.

    Add liquid, which may be chicken broth or milk.

    Add chicken; toss lightly.

    Bake in a 375° oven until brown.
