- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. water or a little more
Directions

1Make a well in flour. Add salt, egg, oil and water. Make a ball after kneading 5 minutes; let rest 45 minutes. Cut in half. Roll out each to 8 x 14-inches. Let dry 3 to 4 hours.

2Roll up like jelly roll. Cut thin or thick. Let dry several hours.
