Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 each eggs
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Directions

1In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar in warm water; add yeast.

2Allow to proof until yeast resembles a creamy foam.

3Mix salt, milk and oil into the yeast.

4Work in 3 cups flour, add egg and sesame seeds.

5Knead dough on a lightly floured level surface until smooth.

6Place in a well oiled bowl, and turn dough to coat the entire surface.

7Cover with a damp cloth.

8Allow to rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.

9Punch dough down.

10Knead for a few minutes and place into a well oiled 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

11Allow to rise for 30 minutes, or until dough has risen 1 inch above pans.

12Bake at 350F (180C) F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
