  • 150 grams turkey pastrami cut into thin slices
  • 1 tomato thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup fresh basil
  • 5 walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • salt and ground black pepper

    Toast the bread.

    Grind the basil, nuts, parmesan cheese, and olive oil together in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper.

    Spread one slice of bread with the pesto and top with pastrami slices. Layer with the tomato slices and sprinkle with cheese
