- 1 pkg. quick-acting dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 c. Bisquick (original or reduced fat)
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a medium bowl.

2Mix in baking mix and milk until dough forms.

3Gently smooth into a ball on surface dusted with baking mix.

4Knead 10 times.

5Roll 1/2 inch thick.

6Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Let rise in warm place about 30 minutes or until soft and puffed.

7Heat oven to 425° and bake 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.

8Makes 9 to 11 buns.
