- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
- 1 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Beat egg whites until frothy; add cream of tartar.

2Beat until peaks, then gradually add 1 cup sugar while beating.

3Beat until stiff and glossy.

4Fill in well-greased 9-inch pie plate.

5Put in cool oven.

6Bake at 250° or 275° for 1 hour.
