  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 (9-inch) baked pie shells

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add hot mixture to stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Beat until thick and fluffy; add vanilla.
