- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 egg whites
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Add to boiling water.

3Boil for 5 minutes.

4Add hot mixture to stiffly beaten egg whites.

5Beat until thick and fluffy; add vanilla.

6Drain pineapple and pour into baked pie shell.
