  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) baked crust

Directions

    Add cream of tartar; continue beating, gradually adding the sugar, until the mixture is stiff. Fold in pecans.

    Spread over 9-inch baked pie crust and bake in 300° oven for 1 hour.
