- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton heavy cream
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- sliced strawberries or peaches
Directions

1Beat egg whites and vanilla until peaks form.

2Add sugar and beat until stiff.

3Combine crumbs, nuts and baking powder; fold into egg mixture.

4Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes in a 10-inch pie plate.

5Before serving, top with whipped cream and fruit. Store in refrigerator.

6Recipe may be doubled.

7Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
