- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. unsalted crackers, crumbled up
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Add sugar, a little at a time. In a separate bowl, mix crumbs, pecans (broken into pieces) and vanilla, a little at a time.

3Combine all these ingredients and place in pie pan.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5Let cool, then top with Cool Whip.

6Refrigerate.
