  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 2 c. green seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. whipped topping
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Drain crushed pineapple and reserve juice.

    In a double boiler combine sugar, egg, juice, vinegar and salt.

    Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Cool.
