- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 5 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. rum
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Cut butter into flour.

2In a separate bowl, combine egg yolks, salt and rum. Combine.

3Knead dough on a floured board. This can also be done in a bread machine or pasta maker.

4Let the dough set in a bowl for about 30 minutes.

5Roll out a small about of dough, about 1/8 inch thick.

6The thinner the dough the better. Cut into strips about 1 X 4 inches long.

7Pull one end through the slit.

8Fry in hot oil a few at a time.

9Drain.

10Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
