  • 3 ounce Butter
  • 3 ounce Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3 ounce Mixed fruit
  • 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk Healthy pinch salt

    Beat the egg and beat into the butter and sugar mix.

    Sift the flour and salt together and fold into the mix.

    Add in the fruit and sufficient lowfat milk to give a soft 'dropping' consistency.

    Place in a greased tin in a moderately warm oven (375/F.
