- 1 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. shortening
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Heat milk to lukewarm. Add shortening and sugar.

2Shortening does not have to melt.

3Add yeast. Stir and let stand 5 minutes. Add flour and salt. Roll out, cut and fold into Parker House rolls.

4Let rise 3 or 4 hours or freeze.
