  • 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) chunk light tuna (water packed), undrained
  • 2 medium-sized green onions, sliced thin (1/4 c.)
  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
  • 2 oz. Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
  • 1 medium-sized ripe tomato, cut in thin wedges
