- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon orange rind, finely grated
Directions

1Boil sugar & water for one minute.

2Add Grand Marnier, lime juice, and orange rind.

3Place pineapple in serving bowl and pour sauce over. Let pineapple marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or more, stirring occasionally.

4Serve cold with toothpicks as appetizer or in bowl for dessert.
