Ingredients
- 3 lb. ground beef (or mixture of ground veal, pork, and beef)
- 11 medium eggs
- 3 handfuls of breadcrumbs
- 2 1/2 handfuls grated Romano cheese
- fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 teas. black pepper
- 2 teas. salt
- 1/2 the juice from a small can of whole tomatoes
Directions

1Put everything into a large mixing bowl and using your hands, mix ingredients thoroughly.

2The mix should be pretty moist

3(but you can adjust breadcrumbs if needed).

4Roll meatballs about the size of golf balls.

5In large frying pan, fill vegetable oil about 1 inch deep.

6Heat oil and add meatballs.

7Carefully brown on all sides until done.

8If there are any left after everyone has sampled them fresh from the frying pan, you can add them to your sauce.
