  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 14 cup roasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 14 cup low-fat yogurt
  • cinnamon (optional)

Directions

    Combine oats & orange juice & let refrigerate overnight.

    Just before serving add remaining ingredients.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon to serve if you like.
