  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 ounce) canplain artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • chips, for serving

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400.

    Place spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, Parmesan, sour cream and mayo in a large bowl and stir to combine.

    Spoon into an 11X7 baking dish.

    Bake the dip until bubbly, 20-25 minutes.

    When ready to serve, scatter bacon over the warm dip.

    Serve with chips.
