- 1 1/2 c. oats (dry)
- 1 c. puffed wheat cereal
- 3 c. puffed rice cereal
- 1/2 c. raw wheat bran
- 1/2 c. frozen apple juice
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. light syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Steen's syrup
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 4 oz. dried apricots
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. dried sesame seed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 275°.

2Combine all ingredients, except seed. Mix for 5 minutes.

3Put into 10 x 10-inch pan and press top with seed.

4Bake 50 to 60 minutes; let cool.

5Cut into bars.

6Makes 15 bars.
