Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. oats (dry)
  • 1 c. puffed wheat cereal
  • 3 c. puffed rice cereal
  • 1/2 c. raw wheat bran
  • 1/2 c. frozen apple juice
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. light syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Steen's syrup
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 4 oz. dried apricots
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. dried sesame seed

Directions

    Preheat oven to 275°.

    Combine all ingredients, except seed. Mix for 5 minutes.

    Put into 10 x 10-inch pan and press top with seed.

    Bake 50 to 60 minutes; let cool.

    Cut into bars.

    Makes 15 bars.
