Ingredients

  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
  • 14 oz. chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 small jar green olives
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 2/3 c. white vinegar
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Drain first 4 ingredients.

    Mix with remaining ingredients. Bring marinade to a boil and pour over mixture.
