- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- lettuce leaves
- 1 can white beans
- 1 can solid white tuna
- black olives, pitted
- carrots, peeled
- celery
- Provolone cheese
- salami, thin slices
- cherry tomatoes
Directions

1Cover a large platter with lettuce leaves.

2Drain can of white beans and pile in center of platter.

3Break tuna into chunks and place on beans.

4Fill the rest of the platter with black olives, diagonally cut carrot and celery pieces, chunks of Provolone cheese, salami slices and cherry tomatoes.

5Pour dressing over all.

6Chill.

7Serve with crackers.
