  • 1/2 c. Italian dressing
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 can solid white tuna
  • black olives, pitted
  • carrots, peeled
  • celery
  • Provolone cheese
  • salami, thin slices
  • cherry tomatoes

Directions

    Cover a large platter with lettuce leaves.

    Drain can of white beans and pile in center of platter.
  3. 3
    Break tuna into chunks and place on beans.
  4. 4
    Fill the rest of the platter with black olives, diagonally cut carrot and celery pieces, chunks of Provolone cheese, salami slices and cherry tomatoes.

    Pour dressing over all.

    Chill.

    Serve with crackers.
