- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1/4 lb. boiled ham, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb. Genoa salami, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb. slicing pepperoni, sliced thin
- 1 large green pepper, chopped fine and sauteed until tender
- 3 eggs, beaten with a little pepper
- 3 Tbsp. grated cheese
Directions

1Spread 1 package rolls on 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Layer meat and cheese in order given.

3Top with peppers.

4Pour most of egg mixture on top.

5Top with second package of rolls.

6Brush with rest of egg mixture.

7Cover with foil.

8Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

9Remove foil.

10Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until set in center and brown on top.

11Cool.

12Serve at room temperature or warm.
