- one tablespoon lemon skin finely chopped
- one tablespoon honey
- one teaspoon fresh thyme
- one tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Cheasapeake seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- One large piece of swordfish
Directions

1mix all ingredients together making a paste.

2smear on fish 20 minutes before broiling.
