  • 2 oranges, juice of or 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 ounce whipped cream (optional)

    In the blender put the 10 ice cubes, low fat yougert and the 2 sqeezed oranges or the 2 cups of orange juice, then blend on high for 5 minutes.
