Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (can use other fruits such as peaches) or 1 cup frozen strawberries (can use other fruits such as peaches)
  • 12 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 12 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

    Measure ingredients and combine in blender or food processor.

    Blend until ice is finely chopped and mixture is smooth.

    Pour into 4 cups and serve with straws.
