- 1 block Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small can diced black olives
- 1 small can diced Ortega chilies
- 1 small can diced jalapenos (optional), makes very hot
Directions

1Bring cream cheese to room temperature.

2Mix cream cheese, olives and chilies in medium bowl.

3Place room temperature Velveeta cheese between two layers of Saran Wrap or waxed paper. Roll into rectangle until about 1/4-inch thick.

4Spread mixture evenly over Velveeta.

5Using bottom paper, roll into log.

6Place on serving dish seam side down.

7Trim ends evenly.

8Place in refrigerator, covered, for at least three hours.

9Serve with different types of crackers.
