Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, combine meat, salt, onion, bread crumbs and milk.

2Toss lightly until well blended.

3Shape into bite-sized meatballs.

4Roll in flour.

5Preheat multi-cooker frypan.

6Brown meatballs on all sides in hot butter.

7Remove meatballs as they brown.

8Combine remaining ingredients and stir into frypan.

9Stir well to bring up bits of browned meat from bottom of frypan.

10Bring to boil.

11Add meatballs to sauce.

12Cover and simmer very gently 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

13Serve as hot appetizers with toothpicks.

14Serve hot or cold.
