  • 2 1/2 oz. dried beef, cut fine
  • 2 Tbsp. instant onion
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour crem
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Soften cream cheese in milk; mix all ingredients.

    Spread in 8-inch glass pie plate and refrigerate overnight.

    Just before serving, bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
