- 2 lb. pork spareribs, cut in half crosswise
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Cut ribs into 1-rib pieces.

2Place pieces in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Cover and cook at Medium-high or cook power 7 (70%) for 15 minutes.

4Drain fat; turn and rearrange ribs. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.

5Cover; cook, covered, at Medium-high or cook power 7 (70%) for 10 minutes. Test for thorough doneness; add more cooking time, if necessary. Serve hot.
