Appetizer Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Thaw spinach, then pour boiling water over spinach.

    Let it stand for 10 minutes; drain.

    Mix with all ingredients and chill overnight.

    Roll into balls.

    Freeze, then store in plastic bags. Bake from the frozen bags as needed.

    (Great for receptions.) Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes.
