- 1 loaf Vienna bread
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. baby Swiss cheese
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Cut 3 lengthwise slits in bread. Cut 1-inch slices crosswise. Do not cut through bottom crust.

2Melt margarine. Add onion, poppy seed and dry mustard. Add grated cheese and mushrooms.

3Mixture will be gloppy. Spoon into sliced bread.

4Use all of mixture. Wrap in heavy foil.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes on oven rack.

6Now cut through bottom crust.
