- 2 doz. large fresh (moonlight) mushrooms
- 1/4 lb. thin sliced ham
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 c. Parmesan
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Pull stems from mushrooms.

2Wash and set caps aside.

3Chop stems, ham and onions fine.

4Saute in oleo.

5Stuff caps with sauteed items, sprinkle with Parmesan and Swiss.

6Bake at 350° for 5 to 8 minutes.

7Serve hot or room temperature.
