  • 2 doz. large fresh (moonlight) mushrooms
  • 1/4 lb. thin sliced ham
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 c. Parmesan
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Pull stems from mushrooms.

    Wash and set caps aside.

    Chop stems, ham and onions fine.

    Saute in oleo.

    Stuff caps with sauteed items, sprinkle with Parmesan and Swiss.

    Bake at 350° for 5 to 8 minutes.

    Serve hot or room temperature.
