  • 2 cups cooked Garbanzo beans
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini (sesame seed butter)
  • 2 cloves garlic of 1/4 tsp. powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 cup water or broth from garbanzos
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • Fresh parsley or mint, to taste

Directions

    Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add more water if necessary.
