• Filling
• 250 g cream cheese
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• Apple Almond Topping
• 1/3 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
• 1/3 cup slivered almonds or 1/3 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
