- 2 1/2 c. flour (I use whole wheat pastry flour)
- 1 c. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 egg yolks in cup and fill with milk to 2/3 c.
- 4 c. sliced apples
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Mix like pie dough.

2Divide dough in half and roll half to size of jelly roll pan, 15 x 10-inch.

3Cover bottom of crust with corn flakes or Total or Kellogg's 19 (crushed).

4Then cover with 4 cups sliced apples (or more) and sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and cinnamon.

5Roll other crust and place on top.

6Pinch side edges together.

7Prick top with fork.

8Beat egg whites until frothy and spread over top.

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

10Then drizzle powdered sugar frosting over top.

11Serve warm.
