  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 3 c. chopped apple, pealed
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.

    Next add flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.

    Mix well.

    Stir in apples and nuts.

    Bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 40 to 45 at 350°.
