  • 1 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking soda
  • 1/2 c. Nuts (1/2 to 1 c.)
  • 1/2 c. Raisins (optional)
  • 2 c. Diced apples
  • 2 Tbsp. Applejack (brandy)
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla

    Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, nuts and raisins.

    Combine apples, applejack, Large eggs, oil, and vanilla.

    Combine two mixtures (will be stiff).
