- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 cups Apples, Peeled And Diced
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
Directions

1Cream 1/2 cup of butter, gradually adding sugars; beat until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk; add to butter, mixing well.

4Stir in flour and cinnamon. Add vanilla. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.

5Spoon into prepared loaf pans.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool well and turn onto a wire rack.
