Apple Breakfast Rice Recipe

  • 1 c. cooked brown rice
  • 1 x apple sliced
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. apple juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Directions

    Mx ingrediants in a microwave safe bowl.

    Microwave on high for ten min or possibly till apples soft.

    I mix this up and put in the microwave while I shower and when I am done I have a quick, wonderful, filling breakfast.

    I usually put in extra cinnamon just because I love it.

    You could omit the nutmeg, I just love it.

    NOTES : I love this for a hot breakfast which is very filling.
