  • 4 qt. apples, chopped and peeled
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves

Directions

    Place apples in a crock-pot.

    Cover and cook on low for 12 hours, then add remaining ingredients.

    Stir and cook for 12 more hours on low.

    Place in hot canning jars and seal.
