- 2 medium tart apples
- artificial sweetener (Equal)
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 2 c. water
- 6 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Peel, core and quarter apples.

2Combine in blender with 2 cups water, sweetener and spices.

3Blend until smooth.

4Cook over low heat until thickened, about 45 minutes.

5In blender, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water and add to boiling apples and puree. Store in refrigerator.
