  • 16 c. apple pulp
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Add water to cook until soft.

    Put all ingredients into pan. Cook about 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.

    Put in pint or quart jars.

    Process 5 minutes in water bath.
