- 1 c. apple pulp (crab apples best or regular)
- 1/2 to 1 c. sugar (depending on apple tartness)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 whole cloves per pt. apple butter
Directions

1Pulp is the by-product of jelly.

2Combine pulp, 1/2 cup sugar and spices in saucepan until sugar is dissolved.

3Put 3 cloves in each pint jar.

4Add apple butter; process for 20 minutes.

5Good on ice cream, too!
