Pineapple Casserole

  • 4 pieces Bread, Cubed
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple, Drained
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 3 whole Eggs

Directions

    Preheat oven for 350.

    Fry cubed bread in a couple Tbs.
  3. 3
    of grease and set aside.

    Mix drained crushed pineapple, sugar, flour and eggs in a bowl and pour into an 8x8 baking dish.

    Pour fried bread over top of mixture.

    Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes, doubled recipe needs an hour with the last 10 minutes covered with foil.
