  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves

    Mix all ingredients in large Dutch oven and cook over medium heat until thick and smooth, about 2 hours. Makes about 8 1/2 pints.
